Program and Position Overview
The 1st Choice Supervisor and Scheduler will work to schedule client appointments in close proximity to minimize travel time and Amergisize efficiency for social workers.
Social workers will complete 15-20 assessments per week, assigned by their Clinical Supervisor. There is no ongoing case management required. Once an assessment is complete, the social worker's involvement with that client typically ends, unless further information is requested by the State of Maryland. We understand there will be an adjustment period initially and some cases may require more time. However, the expectation is for social workers to commit to 20 assessments per week with each assessment taking roughly 90 minutes
Assessment Review: The 1st Choice Supervisor will approve timesheets after ensuring all assessments are completed to your quality standards. This eliminates the need for later discrepancies and ensures timely reimbursement for completed work.
HCP’s will not have a caseload, they will be doing these assessments and working through the backlog
