The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on laboratory experience. This role involves conducting complex experiments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Laboratory Technician will play a key role in supporting research and development projects and contributing to the overall success of our product launch.Key Responsibilities: Conduct Experiments: Perform a variety of chemical analyses, experiments, and tests. This includes preparing samples, operating laboratory equipment, and recording data accurately. Laboratory Maintenance: Ensure all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and functioning. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with instruments or equipment. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment. Data Management: Accurately record, analyze, and interpret data. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to the laboratory manager and research team. Quality Control: Monitor and verify the quality of laboratory results through rigorous testing and validation procedures. Collaboration: Work closely with other members of the research and development team. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of chemicals, reagents, and supplies.
