Job Title: Journeyman PlumberJob DescriptionThe Plumbing Mechanic will perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on piped utility systems and fixtures, as well as on the piping and connections of equipment. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of plumbing technology. We are looking for a mechanic who has significant experience and is seeking a position with ample room for growth!Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, installation, and repair work on piped utility systems and fixtures.
Work on the piping and connections of equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues.
Use and maintain all types of tools and equipment normally used in the plumbing trade, including power augers, pipe threaders, powered bench and hand tools, and non-powered hand tools.
Essential Skills
Journeyman plumber certification
Experience in HVAC, facilities maintenance, and plumbing
Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
Experience in commercial buildings
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience with installation and mechanical systems

The job also requires the ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
