Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and maintaining cloud identity and access management (IAM) systems in AWS and Azure.
Understand and solve challenges related to various types of identities (human and non-human) within cloud environments.
Implement and adhere to cloud security best practices to ensure secure identity management.
Demonstrate consistent progress in understanding and applying cloud IAM principles.
Utilize automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to enhance efficiency in identity management processes.
Support cloud access governance initiatives, ensuring appropriate access levels are maintained.
Assist in the remediation of excessive privileges and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement IAM solutions that support business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud identity management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in cloud identity management or a related domain.
Basic understanding of IAM principles and cloud security practices.
Familiarity with AWS and Azure IAM services.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with IAM tools and cloud security frameworks.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to cloud identity management.
Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
Target base salary range is 60k-80k, which is based on various factors including skills, work experience, and location.
