Description Robert Half is hiring for a Human Resources Manager in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time direct-hire position. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. This is a very hands on position. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Partner with leadership team on strategic initiatives
Assist with recruiting and onboarding as needed
Conduct performance management
Manage and resolve escalated issues that arise
Benefit administration
Manage company ATS
Manage and evaluate policies and procedures
Development corporate and field training initiatives
Employee relations
Safety program management
Manage company 401k program
Special projects as assigned by leadership
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
5+ years' experience in Human Resources
Strong employee relations experience and demonstrated ability to improve HR strategies
Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
Attention to detail and good judgement
