Description The Executive Assistant will manage executives' schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, prepare reports and presentations, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.Requirements

Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other communications for executives.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including arranging venues, catering, and audiovisual equipment.

Take meeting minutes, distribute agendas, and follow up on action items as necessary.

Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives.

Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and contact lists.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.

Manage expenses, invoices, and reimbursements for executives.

Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address them to ensure efficient workflow.

Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive's office.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Professional demeanor and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Experience with travel booking and expense management tools is a plus.
