EW/RF Integration and Test Lead (Secret)

Job DescriptionInsight Global is looking to hire a Secret Cleared Integration and Test (I&T) Team Lead to join an effort focused on providing Electronic Warfare (EW) products to a government customer. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide mentorship and guidance to team members tasked with integrating and testing EW hardware and software.Work in a lab at a test bench to perform the troubleshooting of said RF systems,Analyze product and data discrepancies and localize the issue through root cause analysisRecommend best practices and/or alternatives to allow continued system testing after fault identificationDocument and report test results to present to program leadershipLead, monitor, and report results of integration and regression tests, and for major software buildsChampion automation improvements for integration and regression tests, and for major software buildsChampion improvements to the existing DevSecOps frameworkWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
