In this role, you will support the development and execution of seasonal strategies, working cross-functionally across Product Creation to deliver margin-rich product assortments. You will contribute to line planning, brief creation, GTM milestones, and system accuracy, while developing a deep understanding of the consumer, category, and marketplace.You will be responsible for creating insightful and impactful product briefs, analyzing consumer and competitive trends, and supporting the creation of compelling presentations to sell in product at key milestones. You will also ensure the accuracy of sales tools and the product catalog. This role supports a Senior PLM, with opportunities to grow into category ownership over time.Your Impact Support the development and execution of seasonal product strategies, including writing briefs, managing cross functional meetings, and hitting margin targets, Execute tactics to deliver seasonal assortment, including sample and data management, Maintain updated and accurate product information in relevant systems and databases, Support creation and delivery of impactful product presentations for internal and external use, Analyze the marketplace - competition, pricing trends, and consumer behavior – and share insights through quarterly updates Partner with design, merchandising and product development throughout the product creation process Facilitate communication of seasonal product strategy at GTM milestones Engage with athletes thru focus groups, one on one interaction, and athlete observationQualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 2 to 3 years in product management, merchandising, or a related field Experience supporting the full product lifecycle in a PLM or related role Strong time management, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Team player with a growth mindset and a passion for sport and product Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across categoriesWorkplace Location Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from global headquarters in Baltimore, MD. Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week. Travel: 5-10% of the yearRelocation

Base Compensation$87,498.00 - $120,309.20 USDMost new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
