Associate Director Undergraduate Slate Operations

Position Details: Join our expanding team in the Enrollment division as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Slate Operations. This role will be responsible for maintaining, streamlining, and optimizing Slate (the Admission CRM ) and support the Enrollment Data & Analytics department through a variety of responsibilities including monitoring the daily operations of the CRM , data management, Slate user training across the university, student search, and prospect-to-inquiry management.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a CRM system, Technolutions Slate experience strongly preferred. Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required Very strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong critical/analytical thinking skills in order to troubleshoot issues and solve problems. Must be process-driven with the willingness and ability to learn new systems. Must possess high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
