Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Baltimore, Maryland, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with standard administrative duties, from scheduling to filing, and setting up organizational systems. Your role will extend to planning and coordinating events, communicating with staff, managing timesheets, and addressing HR-related tasks. Responsibilities: Handle standard administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and setting up organizational systems Plan and coordinate events, including sourcing venues, ordering supplies, and managing decorations Communicate effectively with staff on various matters Manage timesheets accurately and efficiently Address HR-related tasks, such as reaching out to staff regarding expired certifications or licenses Ensure efficient collaboration with two virtual team members Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service Carry out data entry tasks accurately Handle email correspondence professionally Manage both inbound and outbound calls Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to schedule appointments and maintain records. Requirements Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Strong customer service acumen to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. High-level data entry skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently. Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining professionalism at all times. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and formula application. Extensive use of Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar management, and task scheduling. Ability to create effective presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word for drafting letters, reports, and other documents. Proven ability to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
