Tejjy Inc. is seeking a BIM/VDC Manager with expertise in Infraworks and Autodesk Tandem for Mechanical & Civil domain. This is a remote role that can be part-time or full-time, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Responsibilities include:

Developing BIM protocols, standards and workflows in the organization or Project.

Oversee BIM coordination among different disciplines (architecture, structural, and MEPF and construction) and BIM models management like model creation, version control and user management.

Perform QA/QC on the accuracy and quality of BIM Models and project deliverables.

To ensure interoperability between different BIM software platforms and compatibility with project requirements.

Compliance with industry standards and best practices related to BIM, such as ISO 19650, and national or regional BIM standards.

Able to acquire and integrate geospatial data such as satellite imagery, LiDAR data, GIS datasets, survey Data, including points, lines, and surfaces.

Create terrain models, topography and DEMs to represent the ground surface.

Modeling of roads, grading, earthworks, and drainage systems and alignment design.

Develop profiles for surface elevations, road cross sections, pavements, curbs etc.

Modeling stormwater, sanitary and water distribution networks etc.

Develop grading plans including surface manipulation and slope analysis.

Assisting and understanding urban planning processes, modeling zones, building heights, density and other parameters for planning and development projects.

Utilizing BIM for estimation, scheduling, and project management to optimize resource allocation and project timelines.

Good communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, through BIM tools and platforms.

Provide training, technical support and guidance to colleagues, and team members on Civil 3D, and Infraworks modeling.

Good knowledge of Autodesk Assemble and Tandem.

Civil or Mechanical engineer preferred.
