Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, account updates, and general inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.
