Bookkeeper Wanted Part Time
Small Family business needs a bookkeeper. The work is part time
The applicant must be well versed in QuickBooks and have a basic understanding of accounting.
Work will involve the following:
Data entry of payments received via cash, check, and credit card
Reconciliation of bank statements
production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
Scanning and cataloging documents received.
Performing payroll on a semi-monthly basis. Assisting in the paying of bills and liabilities.
Most of the work will be on site. The work is part time, and the schedule is flexible. In general, the work can be performed in the late afternoon and evening and on weekends.
