Position Type: Part-time, either independent contractor or hourly employee.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person property walkthroughs of rental homes occupied by residents.
Facilitate access for City of Annapolis Inspectors during annual inspections.
Assess visual condition of both interior and exterior, identifying maintenance needs.
Ensure tenants are changing HVAC filters, maintaining cleanliness, maintaining yard care.
Document findings and prepare summary reports for each property walkthrough.
Ensure compliance with administrative duties, including reviewing schedules and maintaining records.
Administrative and scheduling support provided by Annapolis Property Services.
Requirements:
Proficiency in utilizing smartphone apps.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work within scheduled hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm).
Availability for an estimated 20 hours per week.
Must complete 20 to 25 property walkthroughs per week.
Requirements:
Successful completion of a background criminal check.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Familiarity with basic home systems.
Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with colleagues.
Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation.

Proficiency in using computers, software, and smartphone apps.
Compensation: $25 per property walkthrough.
