Need a person with a flexible schedule and good communication skills to meet Air Bnb guests and handle issues that come up during visits. Must live within 30 minutes or less of Deale/Shady Side. Knowledge of South County and background in hospitality would be desirable.
Most guests arrive on Friday afternoons, but occasionally during other days of the week.
Cleaners are already familiar with the property and have a set routine. Handyman is also available and familiar with property.
