Small Anne Arundel County / Baltimore Real Estate investment company is looking for a part-time attorney to handle general real estate issues and other legal issues as they may arise.
This has generally been five to ten hours a week on average, with a flexible schedule and workload. 95% can easily be accomplished remotely from your home or office, with very few court appearances required.
Applicants MUST be admitted to the Maryland bar and preferably have 3 to 5+ years practicing law. Should have experience in business and real estate matters, and be able to advise and assist in real estate acquisitions and administration.
Familiar with District and Circuit Court litigation. Minor criminal and/or family law experience is helpful but not mandatory.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sole practitioner looking to utilize unbilled hours or for an attorney going out on their own and looking for a steady client.
