JOB SUMMARY
QA Inspectors are responsible for completing Interim Homes' 175+ point inspection of every apartment before our guests' arrival. Apartments vary in size and location, and some are currently in inventory and between guests, and others are new apartment set-ups where QA is there to oversee vendor deliveries of furniture, housewares, and installation of wifi, etc. Attention to detail is very important. Please note that the position requires driving to multiple locations each day- the majority are in the Baltimore and Washington DC/NOVA region, but not limited to these areas. There will be occasional overtime and weekend shifts.
