Part-time/Non-exempt. 1-3 Days/Week, Wednesday/Friday, possibly Tuesday.
Welspryng LLC specializes in stormwater, native plant communities and habitat creation in Anne Arundel County and surrounding areas. We create exceptional work through design, construction and management of landscapes and stewardship of our natural resources. We love what we do, and are looking for others who feel the same.
Primarily grading, drainage, planting and garden maintenance. Occasional hardscape construction. No mowing / no lawn maintenance. Additional tasks or responsibilities may be assigned.
Must be able to bend, kneel, lift at least 40 lbs to waist level on a regular basis, lift at least 75 lbs to waist level on occasion and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature throughout a work shift.
Must be able to work under variable weather conditions, including heat, humidity and cold.
Must follow company policies.
One season of experience perferred but willing to train the right person.
Must be honest and have a positive attitude.
Must be proficient in English.
Must be at least 18 years old and have US work authorization.
Must own or purchase safety-toe work boots.
Must have your own reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
Drug and alcohol free environment.
Willing to consent to a background check.
