Professional House Cleaner (1099 Contractor)
Responsibilities:
Clean houses, condos, apartments - living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and corridors, etc.
Maintain your own reliable transportation to and from all jobs
Perform additional tasks, including cleaning microwaves, scrubbing baseboards
Arrive at customers' homes on time
Use good judgement
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Adjust technique according to customer and management feedback
Communicate proactively with customers and management
Be creative when difficulties arise
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of housekeeping experience
have own cleaning supplies
Driver's License and Insurance
Must have your own vehicle
Must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance from Anne Arundel County, parts of Prince Georges County
Ability to read, write and understand English
Must pass criminal background
Details about the job:
Residential Cleaning: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Service Areas Include: Anne Arundel County, Bowie
