Daily Pay = $160-$200 ($20-$25/hr) for 8 hours as starting salary. With proof of experience and/or a showcase of workmanship, salary will increase within the first 30-90 days.
Must be able to perform several of the below stated duties (not all are required):
Trim/Moulding repairs
Door repairs/replacements
Floor repairs/replacements - carpet, laminate, tile, etc.
Light carpentry/building skills
Deck repairs/steps
Fencing repairs (wood, pvc, vinyl, chain-link)
Fixture replacements (door handles, lighting fixtures, etc.)
Light electrical (ie: light fixtures, fans, smoke detectors)
Light plumbing (ie: sink/faucet replacement, garbage disposal)
Painting (interior/exterior)
Light yard landscaping
