A locally owned company in Annapolis and surrounding area of residential and commercial experience is seeking part-time and full-time, permanent HELPERS/ASSISTANTS. Not searching for a businesses to sub.
Seeking individuals with experience or some experience. Competitive pay is based on that experience. This is a 1099 contractor position. Paid weekly.
Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m./Half hour lunch (occasional variance and Saturdays may be required). We are flexible with days and hours per day adding to 20 per week or more with the potential of full time hours if desired. Perfect for a student or second job. Not searching for anyone who only wants to work weekends, we typically DO NOT work weekends.
Job locations vary throughout the Anne Arundel County Area
Projects may include: Assisting with custom carpentry/trim, interior/exterior painting, bathroom remodels, drywall repairs, rot repairs, deck building, deck staining, tile and other flooring, Handyman services, Pressure and Soft Washing and more.
Requirements:
-Active Driver's License, reliable vehicle and own some basic tools a must.
-Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
-Strong customer service oriented with family values.
-Strong work ethic; punctual, respectful, courteous and a team player.
-Ability to keep work site clean and safe.
-No smoking at most job sites.
-Willingness to learn.
-Energetic and positive attitude.
