We reward hard work and loyalty with bonuses, and 80% of our management team has been promoted from within.We are currently hiring a full time Community Hero (Groundskeeper)The primary responsibilities for this role will be:Maintaining community grounds (trimming, mowing, trash pickup)LandscapingPlowing and Salting in winter monthsBe on call bi-weekly/respond to any emergency callsRepair and maintenance of onsite structures, grounds and equipment, as neededAssist in evictions (Securing and padlocking homes)Troubleshoot problem areasRespond immediately to any emergency callsOther related duties as assignedMust be able to:Think outside the box and resolve issues quickly and effectivelyBe on call bi-weeklyWork independentlyMultitaskOperate large machinery when necessaryOccasionally lift 50lbs or moreAlternate frequently between walking, crawling, crouching, squatting, climbing and sittingExperience Desired:PlowingGroundskeepingLight repair WorkIf you are organized, reliable, have a valid driver's license and a will to succeed, we would love to meet you!Of course, prior maintenance or groundskeeping experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Want to know more about us?
