Personal care provider with nursing skills. Preferred but not needed, LPN, CNA, CMT to assist and be a companion for a young woman with autism. Client is in electric wheelchair and is lifted once per day out of wheelchair. Client has a feeding tube. Duties: transporting client to therapy 2 times per week, must be able to drive wheelchair accessible van, assist client while she shops 1/week, assist in music class 1/week and assist client going to the park. Needs to be caring, friendly, person experienced and comfortable working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Must have clean background check results, negative covid-19 result, CPR/first aid certificates, a reliable car, valid driver's license and car insurance. Days: Tuesdays and Fridays 9:00-3:00pm $28.00/hour
