Preserve, a restaurant on Main Street is looking to hire a full-time FOH Support and fill in server. We are looking for one candidate to fill this hybrid role. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door at one of Annapolis best restaurants.
Applicants should be open-minded, creative and ambitious, with an emphasis on teamwork and a positive work environment. Our service team is expected to maintain a strong work ethic while present at Preserve. Candidates should have a profound interest in food and beverage along with a drive to exceed the standards of the industry.
General responsibilities for the job:
FOH Support Staff: This member should be able to multitask running food, busing tables and polishing glassware and flatware. Candidate must be able to learn table numbers and position numbers and serve food accordingly. This is a tipped position.
Servers: Basic food, wine and beer knowledge is a pre-requisite for this position, as well as a familiarity with culinary terminology. An interest and enthusiasm for growth gives our servers a unique edge. A positive approach to team work and guest satisfaction is a must.
