Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the food truck and stock room
Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
Maintain a positive work environment for customers and staff
Answer the phone for any orders or questions
Perform food preparation or service tasks
Use point of sale cash register system
Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have
Take customer orders and assemble the orders
Replenish supplies and maintain inventory
Notifying correct staff of any food orders or food shortages
Ability to bend, lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for 6+ hours
Ability to multitask under pressure
