Dining Room Shift Manager

Rice Services, Inc. is the prime contractor performing Wardroom/Dining Room services at the United States Naval Academy, Annapolis, MD since 2016. Multiple meal serving styles are utilized to include family style, buffet, and rolling tray style meals. Weekend and holiday meals are served through a food court type operation in the Servery. Services are provided to approximately 4,500 midshipmen, plus supporting staff and approved guests, serving an average of 12,000 meals daily (392 tables of 12 patrons). The candidate we are seeking should have a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in food service management. This is a fulltime weekday position, however, occasional weekends may be required. Hours are generally from 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm. Starting salary is $53K plus potential annual bonus. There is no cash management requirement. A background check is required.
