Manage Meta's cross-functional privacy review process for new products and features.

Facilitate discussion and coordination among product managers and privacy stakeholders across the company (including members of the legal, public policy, product marketing, security, and communications teams).

Work with product managers and other privacy stakeholders to develop and drive consensus around creative solutions to privacy-by-design challenges.

Track and document new product proposals, status updates, and key decisions.

Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team, and ensure that those decisions are properly implemented.

Relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional teams.

Communicating to different types of audiences both internally and externally.

Telecommute from anywhere in the US permitted.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a Master’s Degree in Information Security Policy and Management, Business, Marketing, Public Policy, Political Science, Computer Science or related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or an information security-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:

Experience in an online privacy, technology, law, policy, or program management field

Managing complex projects with sensitive information, involving multiple cross functional partners

Identifying and driving improvements in processes and tooling

Context switching and managing multiple priorities

Product development cycles (software and hardware)

Developing cross-functional programs that span global teams

Nascent product development and providing teams with strategic privacy guidance for prod development cycles.
