OverviewPosition Overview:The Principal, Ops Strategy & Planning will play a pivotal role in supporting the EVP and General Manager of the Global Professional Services (GPS) division atHealthEdgeSoftware.This role will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, managing board reporting, executing go-to-market (GTM)strategiesand ensuring achievement of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).About Global Professional Services:Our Global Professional Services team supports customer-funded service delivery initiatives separate from standard SaaS license support activities. Examples include customer implementations, business expansion, and optimization initiatives.Your Impact:

Strategic Initiatives:Assistin the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with the company’s vision and goals. This includes working closely with the EVP to define and implement strategies for growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Board Reporting:Manage all aspects of board reporting. This involves preparing comprehensive reports that highlight the division’s performance, strategic initiatives, and progress towards OKRs.

Go-to-Market Strategy Execution:Play a key role in the execution of the division’s GTM strategy. This includes coordinating with various teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

OKR Achievement:Monitor and drive the achievement of OKRs within the division. This involves tracking progress,identifyingpotential roadblocks, and implementing solutions to ensure targets are met.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with other departments, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment andsynergyin achieving company goals.

What You Will Do:

Bachelor’s degreerequiredin Operations, Business Management, or related fieldrequired

Master’s degree preferred

10+ years of experience in progressively responsible operational management experience, data analysis, reporting, finance, planning or consulting

Demonstrated operational understanding of a Healthcare SaaS based company with experience building and re-developing business processes

Strong problem solving and creative skills and not afraid to build something out of nothing

Robust background using analytics as tools to drive actional insights

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and geographically dispersed teams

Ability tothink outside the boxon how to execute change tactics using design thinking concepts

Strong communicationskills and a team player

Self-starter who strives for quality and accuracy

Strong work ethic, proactive, and motivated
