Children Achieving Maximum Potential, Inc. is hiring special needs instructors to work with children and adolescents in their homes and communities. This position offers shifts for the afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

We have specific needs in Severna Park, Pasadena, Annapolis, and Anne Arundel County areas.

The mission of Children Achieving Maximum Potential, Inc. is to provide individuals with autism and related disorders comprehensive science-based treatments through intensive individualized instruction. Our goal is for individuals with autism and related disorders to learn to communicate effectively, become increasingly independent, interact appropriately with others in the community and their home, enjoy their learning experiences, and to be treated with respect, courtesy and dignity.

We offer flexible hours and schedules, training and ongoing feedback, and a supportive environment for advancement.

Requirements:

Must have a minimum of a high school diploma

Must pass a criminal background check

Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Must be energetic and maintain professional behavior/confidentiality

Must be able to physically move quickly

Must have an interest in working one-on-one with children/adolescents with special needs and their families

Must be willing to take direction, training, and implement feedback as given by the trainer/supervisor
