Looking for a invoicing specialist and customer service specialist to perform typing estimates, creating work orders, then invoicing.
This is all performed in quickbooks.
The second daily function is scheduling the sold projects, performing the call ahead to inform the customer when we will be performing the project(s).
This is also going to be posted on indeed.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years with invoicing and scheduling/dispatching.
Must have very proficient with quickbooks desktop and g-suite as well as outlook.
I am looking to hire immediately.
The office currently has an office manager as well as another administrator who performs other specific duties.
