Link Solutions is seeking an Endpoint Configuration Management Functional Manager at Adelphia, MD.Must be a US Citizen DoD Secret Clearance requiredNon-remote (relocation incentive available)The Endpoint Configuration Management Functional Manager will lead Endpoint Management technical support services for Army customer networks, ensuring highly efficient and effective system monitoring and management. The support duties may include, but are not limited to, addressing technical issues concerning enterprise solutions across Army networks. Job Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure managed devices at each JRSS Army Enterprise network site. Provide support for router operations for routing devices within the Army JRSS boundary.Develop scripts and utilities for routine task automation and connection to software Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) within the Army JRSS boundary.Operate, monitor, sustain, and secure Army JRSS Security Systems, which include the IPS/IDS, firewall, proxy, and routers.Update existing toolset displays and dashboards, as needed, to meet the customer's requirements.Develop and maintain the Knowledge and Lessons Learned repository of TTPs, migration documentation, change requests, product updates, architecture diagrams, and all daily/weekly/monthly reports. Assigns personnel to various projects, directs their activities, and evaluates their work.Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
