Equipment maintenance: Ensuring that warehouse equipment is properly maintained
KPI tracking: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the warehouse
Expense tracking: Tracking expenses for fuel, storage, and truck maintenance
Safety: Understanding safety legislation
Inventory control: Maintaining inventory levels, ordering new supplies, and ensuring products are available when needed
Communication: Communicating with staff, management, suppliers, and other departments
Organization: Delegating tasks based on team member strengths and company needs
Time management: Prioritizing tasks and managing multiple tasks at once
Problem solving: Anticipating and solving problems
Training: Training, guiding, and evaluating new warehouse workers
