Earn a minimum of $20.20/hour+ (starting) pay.
This role will be primarily based out of our South Portland, Maine site. A Valid Driver's license is required.
All serious applicants should have an associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in customer-facing administrative roles.

Responsibilities:
Work directly with the Executive Director to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
Support advisory committees and other meetings - scheduling, preparing agendas, sending out invitations, note taking and preparation of draft of minutes and summaries
Assist with sorting, prioritization and disposition of incoming calls and correspondence (email and postal mail), respond independently when appropriate.
Follow-up on action items with direct reports on behalf of the reporting manager as required.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings; Prepares and tracks expense reports.
Collect, review, log, code and submit all accounts payable invoices approved for payment by the Executive Director and Director to Fedcap corporate finance for payment.
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience in customer facing, administrative roles.
Flexibility in response to changing operational demands to support participant focused service delivery.
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion.
A valid driver's license as well as reliable transportation for occasional travel to other program Opportunity Centers for training or coverage purposes.
Expected Hours of Work/Travel:
Hours of work and days are typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This position will require occasional travel to other program location Opportunity Centers for training or coverage purposes.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
