- This role will be part of the SAP implementation and help execute against the program plan.
- The position will own execution of the project including project planning, meeting facilitation, daily stand-ups, driving of deliverables and continuous improvement for the project with a focus on ensure best practices are followed including risk and issue management, interdependency management, and change control. - Owns execution of the project including project planning, meeting facilitation, daily stand-ups, driving of deliverables and continuous improvement for the project with a focus on ensure best practices are followed including risk and issue management, interdependency management, and change control
- Owns the maintenance of the project plan to support the entire implementation from design to delivery - with selected system integrator and business partners that include project planning, dependencies, meeting facilitation, risk and issue management and change management
- Enforces project planning guidelines and controls that span all project stages from initiation through transition to operations including go-live and cutover strategies
- Executes and enforces the process for recording and communicating risks identified during the project including driving those issues to resolution
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of expertise leading medium to large-scale cross functional SAP initiatives.
- Prior experience leading cross functional teams consisting of members from multiple technical disciplines and the wider business.
- SAP project experience
- Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing Experience
- PMI (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACI) or Agile Certifications (CSM, SA, etc.)
- Must have hands on experience with SAP
