Description We are offering a contract for a Bookkeeper position in Saco, Maine. This role is in the industry sector and requires you to be based in our workplace. Responsibilities Managing and reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable Conducting account reconciliations and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy Using QuickBooks for bookkeeping and data entry tasks Taking phone calls for sales tracking and collection purposes Facilitating month-end close procedures Handling payroll activities Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks Overseeing insurance and client contract management.
