Risbara Bros., is looking for hardworking, and reliable construction laborers to join our team and contribute to the building of quality structures from the ground up. This is a role for those who enjoy active work in an outdoor setting and are committed to the craft of construction.
Responsibilities:
Assist and perform day to day earthwork needs (i.e.) shoveling, raking, layout, grading, pipe laying.
Load, carry, and set up tools, machinery, and materials needed for daily tasks.
Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Operate construction equipment and machinery under supervision, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
Dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes to prepare sites for construction.
Assist with the installation, assembly, and repair of plumbing and piping systems.
Work with excavating and help prepare trenches for pipes.
Requirements:
Physical strength and stamina.
No formal education required; on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of construction operations and safety a plus.
