We are a well-established residential construction company based in Gardiner, Maine. We specialize in high-quality residential work including new builds, renovations, decks, framing, and finish carpentry. We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team.
Position 1: Residential Carpenter
Duties:
Framing, siding, roofing, trim, cabinetry, and general carpentry
Read blueprints and plans
Operate power and hand tools safely
Maintain high-quality standards and follow building codes
Requirements:
2+ years of residential carpentry experience
Strong knowledge of tools and construction methods
Ability to work independently and with a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to travel to job sites
Position 2: Carpenter’s Helper
Duties:
Assist carpenters with daily tasks
Load/unload materials and tools
Keep job sites clean and organized
Learn and grow carpentry skills on the job
Requirements:
Some experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
