In this position you will interact with subcontractors and suppliers, order materials, verify scope of work in quotes, meet at job sites to discuss project details, and run errands such as transporting occasional materials, delivering building permits, etc. This position is anticipated to be 70% office work with the rest of the time traveling. Job sites are all within one hour of our office.
Who Is A Good Fit?
Someone familiar with construction and construction terms, has a basic understanding of which trades need to be involved when looking at plans and scopes of work. Someone organized and is comfortable tracking multiple details on multiple projects.

Trade Skills & Experience Required:
Construction Industry Experience: 3-5+ years
Ability to communicate orally and in writing
Be able to manage multiple meeting schedules and hold yourself to deadlines
Be familiar with Microsoft Outlook and general computer operations
Good math skills
Have a basic understanding of the construction process and be willing to learn!
