Maintenance person

Property management company is seeking full time experienced maintenance person. Must have good references, clean driving record, good credit, your own vehicle and tools preferred. This is a full time career opportunity for an aggresive honest self starter with good customer skills, technical knowledge to provide general services such as plumbing and electrical repairs, mechanical, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, HVAC etc. A professional license in one of the skill is preferred. On call and overtime available. Education reimbursement, vacation, and many other benefits. should live in Southern section of Maine.
