We are a small, service based electrical contractor operating in Seacoast Maine and New Hampshire. Customer satisfaction and quality work are our highest priorities.

Work is highly varied but generally consists of about 50% residential, 30% industrial and 20% commercial.

Residential work will be primarily composed of service calls, including but not limited to the installation or replacement of: receptacles and switches, smoke and CO detectors, automatic standby generators and interlocks, EV chargers, light fixtures, circuit breakers, service entrance equipment, exhaust fans, load centers and HVAC equipment. Renovations and additions are also regular components of our residential offerings.

Commercial work is limited to general electrical service of small office spaces, retail store fronts and restaurant spaces.

Industrial work is comprehensive and occurs at various local manufacturers. Troubleshooting complex equipment and automated production lines is typical of service calls. Installations of standalone equipment and new production lines as well as major and minor modifications to existing equipment can be expected. Employees will install conduit, cable tray, VFD's, PLC's, relays, switches, valves and instrumentation. Candidates are not required to have industrial experience.

Direct interaction with customers is expected and employees are required to maintain a high degree of professionalism. Electricians can expect to work independently and are encouraged to build relationships with customers.

A take home company vehicle will be provided, complete with all necessary power tools and equipment. Linscott Electric maintains a large inventory of equipment and tools to ensure efficient, safe and fast installations.
