We are looking for a dedicated Leather Stitcher/Sewer to join our team at Easymoc, a leading manufacturer of high-quality leather handsewn footwear. In this role, you will be responsible for stitching and sewing leather materials to create our signature products. Experience is a plus and will determine hourly or piece rate. Otherwise, No experience is necessary—we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and develop their skills in this craft. This position can be either part time or full time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stitching and sewing leather materials with precision and care.
- Helping int he Pre-fit department with various tasks such as cementing lining, skiving, beveling etc.
- Assisting in the production of various leather goods, including moccasins and other accessories.
- Maintaining quality control throughout the production process.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure timely completion of orders.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in leatherwork is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation:
