PremierGarage of Southern Maine is seeking a Lead Floor Coater or Senior Lead

As a Lead Floor Coater, you’ll go beyond the responsibilities of a Floor Coater by leading coating projects from start to finish. You’ll ensure accountability, maintain quality assurance, and serve as the primary point of contact for team members, clients, and partners. Senior Lead Floor Coaters, with a minimum of two years of experience at PremierGarage, will tackle our most challenging and high-profile projects with expertise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to the duties of a Floor Coater, Leads and Senior Leads will:
Project Management:
o Lead coating projects to completion, ensuring top-notch results and satisfied clients.
o Manage materials from warehouse to job sites and address any issues to maintain timelines.
o Document project details, perform quality inspections, and oversee close-out procedures.
Team Leadership:
o Model professionalism and uphold company values in creating a positive, safe work environment.
o Support and guide team members, resolving challenges and fostering teamwork.
Safety Oversight:
o Enforce safety standards and promptly document and report any incidents or hazards.
Qualifications
Lead Floor Coater:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Excellent organizational, time management, and troubleshooting abilities.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
Senior Lead Floor Coater:
Minimum of two years of experience in floor coating with PremierGarage or equivalent.
Proven ability to manage complex, high-profile projects and interpret detailed plans.
Advanced time management and problem-solving skills to handle challenging variables.
Expertise in executing intricate installations to the highest quality standards.
