Your Role: Hardscape Crew Leader

As a Hardscape Crew Leader, you will supervise and guide a skilled team to complete premium hardscape projectssuch as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and full outdoor living spaces. You will be responsible for job site management, quality control, and hands-on construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and train a crew to execute high-quality hardscape installations.

Work hands-on with pavers, stone, and other hardscape materials.

Operate and maintain equipment such as mini excavators, loaders, compactors, and transits.

Ensure precision in grading, backfilling, and level laser use.

Manage project timelines, oversee job tracking, and maintain equipment.

Collaborate with suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways).

Strong leadership skills to train and direct a crew.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape architectural plans.

Ability to operate heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, compactors).

Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license (all employees operate company vehicles).

Preferred Certifications: Valid CDL (Class A), CMHA Wall & Paver Certifications, ICPI Certification.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience).

Full-Time Employment: Overtime available after 40 hours/week.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Health Insurance: Available after 60 days.

401(k) with Employer Match (up to 3%).
