Experienced Roofing Installer

Wanted an able bodied, experienced roofer to work with Owner to put approx 4.5 square asphalt shingles on small garage. 4/12 pitch, w/ boxed rafters. Each side is 10x20. Remove existing shingles and sheathing, which is very old, rotted and worn out. Replace w Advantac 4x8 plywood, ice and water shield, and moisture barrier. Repair existing trusses as necessary. Install new vinyl soffit. Very easy job. I estimate 4 days work at most. I just need an experienced second set of hands to work with me. Will consider a metal roof. Offering at least $25/hour depending on experience. Payable by bank check upon completion. I will provide all materials and staging, and a dumpster. I also have a laborer for clean up and simple assistance. I do not need a 2 man crew. 3 references and a vehicle to get here is required. Prefer someone within 15 mins of Center St in Bangor. Call for more info. An on site visit would be good. We repaired/ removed some shingles, trusses, and top plates last fall. I'm ready to start ASAP. All terms negotiable.
