Disabled gulf war veteran is in Need of a motivated skilled experienced handyman/ finish carpenter to help me wrap up rehab of my 1300 sqft house. I need help laying hardwood floating flooring over concrete, hanging all interior doors, tile both bathrooms and hallway in tile and one bath surround, tile kitchen surround, seal install kitchen butcher block, seal all wall tng ceiling tng, install 2 toilets, hang tub doors, trim out all windows, and doors trim metal bending metal on outside eaves, etc probably few weeks of. Various other odds ends left. Looking to hire you for at trial contracted term of two consecutive straight weeks of 5 days week 80 hours total on site mon thru fri 10a to 6pm and $2400 total for $30 hour, half paid after 40 hours half paid after 80 hours must have at least liability insurance as 1099. But absolutely No drugs, no booze, no weed no smoking of any kind as I'm allergic please. May turn into more if we work well together. Must have own vehicle own tools.
Place is heated, electricity and water is on working.
