Winter Woodworks is a small carpentry and painting company in Portland Maine area looking to fill a few positions for summer work .
What we do General carpentry , finish carpentry , exterior siding and trim work , custom wood work projects , painting prep , and painting .
Who we are looking to hire Honest individuals who can stay calm and collected when problems / difficult situations occur. Ability to keep a positive mindset through those situations. Ability to communicate. No drug use and no drama.
Position one: Carpenters helper , drivers license and reliable transportation a must have , pay starting at $30 an hour - actual pay based on experience
Position two: Lead carpenter , must have drivers license and reliable transportation. Basic hand tools , pay starting at $40, will go up to $55 for the right carpenter .
Position three: General laborer , no special skills required other than ability to follow direction and learn . $25 an hour to start .
Positive attitude is a must, as is the ability to problem solve and complete tasks efficiently .
