We are actively looking for carpenters. We are interested in speaking to experienced carpenters that take pride in the work they produce, are willing to take on the challenges that come along, have a strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team. Carpenters report directly to a Project Manager/Site Supervisor on assigned residential projects but will also be taking the lead and working independently.
Essential Skills/Tasks Required (depending on position)
Rough Carpentry - frame, windows & door installation
High End finish Carpentry - cabinetry, built-ins/wall treatments, flooring, int./ext. trim & siding
Misc. - minor drywall, insulation, patching
Core Competencies
· Skilled in reading building plans and specification
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Ability to follow direction and works well as a team member
· Demonstrates leadership in attitude, timeliness, and effort.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday
Travel
Job site are between Portsmouth - Kennebunkport
Required Education and Experience
· 4+ years of carpentry experience (Commercial or Residential)
Pay: $30 - $43+ per hour W2 dependent on carpentry experience and skill set
