Small home maintenance company is looking for a well rounded carpenter / TradesmenWe do a lot of remodeling and repair work.
Experience in most of the following is required:
Framing
Strong finish skills.
Basic Drywall
Flooring
Tile
Basic Roofing
Siding
Windows/Doors
And other areas of construction.
General requirements:
Valid drivers license
Vehicle to get to job sites
Acceptable background check
Min. 15 years of experience
All tools for jobs listed above
All work located in York - Kittery- Cape Neddick area
Year round work
Monday through Friday, no weekends
