SALES MANAGER/PROJECT COORDINATOR JOB

Location: Kennebunk, ME

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pursue and manage sales leads for plumbing, HVAC system installations, replacements, new construction, and major repairs.

Meet with customers, architects, designers, and vendors to assess project scope and requirements.

Develop clear, accurate proposals and estimates that meet both customer needs and business goals.

Close deals, maintain long-term client relationships, and represent ProSearch's quality and reputation.

Attend internal scheduling, billing, and project coordination meetings.

Order materials and equipment for assigned projects and manage handoff to the operations manager and lead technician.

Conduct on-site project turnovers to ensure seamless communication and execution.

Oversee project progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams and resolve job site issues quickly and effectively.

Act as a knowledgeable, solutions-oriented liaison between clients and field staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in estimating for HVAC and/orplumbing systems, preferably with hands-on trade background.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and industry-related software/tools.

Ability to problem-solve, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain positive client relationships.
