Position Overview:

We're seeking a self-motivated B2B Sales and Marketing expert to join our remote team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while earning based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales in the B2B market.

Identify and target key decision-makers within target industries, including manufacturing, engineering, and project management.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our software.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts, to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to position our product effectively in the market.

Requirements:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales and marketing, with a focus on software or technology solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Self-driven and motivated, with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving results.

Experience working remotely and managing your own schedule effectively.

Knowledge of project management and manufacturing engineering processes is a plus.

Proficiency in English is required. Proficiency in Spanish is considered advantageous.
